CUSTOMER SERVICE PORTAL

*Go to https://childsupport.ohio.gov or download the Ohio Child Support Mobile App from Google Play or the App Store.
*Log in or register.
*Click on "Make a Payment" or "Pay Online" and follow the instructions.
 
 

ONLINE or TEXT - Ohio Child Support Payment Central

*Go to https://oh.smartchildsupport.com and follow the instructions.
*No Fees for credit card payments on this site.
*Debit, credit and other payment options available.
 
 

MAIL

Make check or money order payable to Ohio CSPC.
Mail payment to:

PO Box 182372
Columbus, Ohio 43218-2372

Payments must include at least 2 of the following items:
Payor’s Name
Payor’s Social Security Number (optional),
SETS Case Number (10-digit number that begins with a 7),
Order Number, and
Amount that should be applied to each case (if more than one case).
