Support Order Modifications

Also called support order review or an administrative adjustment review (AAR), the support order modification process is the act of re-examining a support order to bring the order into compliance with the Ohio child support guideline worksheet. The monthly obligation recommended by the CSEA may increase, decrease, or remain the same compared to the current order. Both parties may object to the recommendation if they disagree with the recalculated order.
