How do I change my child support order?

As always, if it’s been 3 years since your last review, or if you have had a significant change in income, you can apply for a review of your child support order.

Contact the agency to request an application or download it from our website support.franklincountyohio.gov/Support-Order-Modification.

Please be aware that due to lower staffing levels and court closures, your review processing time may be longer than usual, but the effective date of our order change will still go into effect the 1^st of the month following the month in which your application was approved.
